Refund policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our freshly prepared products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. As all items are freshly prepared, we cannot accept returns for any opened or partially used products.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
- We offer 1 day return if the product is damaged or defective.
- Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 days.
- Approved Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
- Items purchased during special sales or promotions may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
In Case of Defects or Spoilage:
- If you believe your product is defective or has spoiled upon arrival, please do not open it.
- Immediately take a clear video of the unopened product in its original packaging.
- Contact our customer support team – svaandsarve@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing your order details, the video evidence, and a description of the issue.
Initiating a Return:
If your return is authorized based on the eligibility criteria above, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds:
Upon verification, if a refund is approved, it will be credited within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.
If a product is defective or received in error, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
