1. Hyperlocal Same-Day Delivery (Applicable within Bangalore City Limits)
All orders placed within Bangalore city limits are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to operational feasibility. Orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within approximately 2–3 hours of placement to ensure optimal freshness.
2. Fresh Product Preparation
Each hair mask is handcrafted to order, utilizing only pure herbs and natural ingredients. No synthetic preservatives or additives are used in the preparation process.
3. Pre-Order Fulfillment
Products available on a pre-order basis will be dispatched according to the delivery schedule communicated at the time of booking. Sva and Sarve endeavors to adhere strictly to the committed timelines.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Within Bangalore: Orders will typically be delivered on the same day of dispatch.
- Outside Bangalore (if applicable): Orders will be dispatched within 2–3 hours of placement, with the final delivery timeline subject to courier partner policies, generally within 1–4 business days.
- All orders will be delivered within 1- 4 business days.
5. Shipping Notifications
Customers will receive real-time notifications via email or WhatsApp once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery, along with tracking details where applicable.
